We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with extensive knowledge of Transfer Agency operations to join our client-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on impactful projects within the financial services industry, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to deliver meaningful change.

The selected candidate will be part of the Client Change Practice team, working in close collaboration with clients, technology, operations, relationship management, and product teams to implement process enhancements from initiation to implementation.

Key responsibilities include defining and coordinating process enhancements according to agreed specifications and project lifecycles, as well as analysing, scoping, and documenting improvements. The successful candidate will also create and maintain project plans, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to governance lifecycles.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate will identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary with proposed solutions, and drive productivity and process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.

Additionally, they will oversee Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), ensure timely approvals, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Preparation of feasibility and cost-effectiveness proposals, as well as completion and review of all required documentation for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), will also be essential duties.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in Business Analysis with exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Confident communication skills, able to influence and drive decisions at senior levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
