Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic operations leader to lead our network operations team. As Head of Network Operations, you will be responsible for driving performance, balancing operational effectiveness with client satisfaction, and inspiring team growth through effective coaching and mentoring.


Main Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence – Lead the operations team to meet business objectives, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Service Delivery – Champion a service excellence culture, resolving escalations swiftly and proactively, and embedding continuous improvement ethos.
  • People Leadership – Develop and inspire team members through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure engagement and capability growth.
  • Strategic Planning – Develop initiatives to enhance network performance while maintaining cost control and mitigating risks.
  • Client Engagement – Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and operational insight.
Requirements
  • Proven operational experience in logistics environments.
  • Strong track record of leadership and people management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, and financial targets.
  • Experience optimizing networks and leading change.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
