Job Title

Project Coordinator – Engineering Professional

About the Role

- We are seeking a skilled engineering professional to coordinate projects from start to finish.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, setting out and checking works, ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
- Key responsibilities include scheduling construction stages, liaising with sub-contractors and personnel on site, and supporting Project Managers/Contracts Managers to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to maintain relationships with construction management teams, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Driving team members to increase productivity and ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard is also essential.

Requirements

- Experience in commercial/RC frame projects
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an engineering role with a main contractor
- Ability to use setting out instruments and be competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination
- Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint
