Job Opportunity

A leading financial services technology firm is seeking a seasoned Lead DevOps Engineer to spearhead the development of next-generation enterprise CI/CD pipeline strategies.

This role entails designing and implementing large-scale Jenkins platforms, embedding best-in-class DevOps practices, and guiding high-performing engineering teams.

  • Owning the CI/CD strategy – designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise pipelines using Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, and Git.
  • Building and leading a team of DevOps engineers, driving automation, and ensuring deployment excellence.
  • Championing DevOps culture – promoting Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, security, compliance, and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Innovating and optimizing – streamlining delivery, strengthening governance, and pushing operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven expertise in Jenkins – building, scaling, and managing enterprise CI/CD platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Octopus Deploy, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Solid coding skills (Python, Node.js) + IaC experience (Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker).
  • 8+ years in DevOps, ideally in financial services or regulated industries.
  • 3+ years leading teams and delivering CI/CD solutions at scale.
  • Strong grasp of DevOps methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
  • Collaborative leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a passion for innovation.
