We are seeking a seasoned project leader to drive complex engineering projects from inception to delivery.

This role requires collaboration with internal teams and customers to ensure efficient project execution, high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical input during the quoting and customer engagement process.">
  • Evaluate customer requirements, defining project scope and deliverables.">
  • Organize project kick-off meetings and maintain project records.">
  • Manage project scope changes, assessing impacts on cost, time, and customer expectations.">
  • Collaborate with project administrators to source competitive quotes and place orders.">
  • Support the development of training materials and technical documentation.">
  • Work closely with the General Manager to meet customer expectations and project goals.">
  • Contribute to the design of a standardized project management system.">
  • Assist in business improvement initiatives, including health and safety practices and market development.
">

Requirements:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.">
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.">
  • Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.">
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Experience in project management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.">
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards in an industrial setting.">
  • Willingness to contribute across various aspects of the business.">
  • Knowledge of the polymer processing industry is an advantage (training provided).
