Senior Product Development Engineer

  • Design and develop new medical devices, manufacturing processes, equipment and systems by leading higher level engineering efforts.
  • Support new product development through technical assessment of design inputs and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Interface with key stakeholders to identify product opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Direct or lead engineering efforts using engineering principles and analysis techniques.
  • Conduct product testing, create models and prototypes for new designs and changes.
  • Improve manufacturing processes and equipment through Lean Manufacturing and statistical analysis.
  • Maintain project compliance with Quality Management System.
  • Develop, approve and revise Quality System Documents.
">Requirements:
  1. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering.
  2. 6 or more years of experience in an engineering field related to manufacturing.
  3. Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Hands-on experience preferred.
  5. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Good interpersonal skills.
