Senior Laboratory Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chemistry Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with chemistry techniques in a QC/Analytical role group.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional projects and problem-solving teams for troubleshooting and investigations.
- Apply knowledge of protein chemistry and analytical techniques in a Chemistry Separations laboratory, including HPLC, CE, and protein biochemistry.
- Perform laboratory experiments to deliver project timelines.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including method optimization and troubleshooting.
- Prepare documentation associated with projects in accordance with GDP and site procedures.
- Review and approve technical documents, procedures, CAPAs, change control, deviations, metrics, etc.
- Adhere to highest quality standards.
- BSc/MSc qualification in Science.
- At least 3 years' industry experience working with chemistry techniques in a QC/Analytical role group.
- Experience in team environments, such as project teams and problem-solving teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team with good project management skills.
- Stakeholder management of multiple decision makers, corporate colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
- Desired qualifications: Empower3, Astra, SAP.
- Project management or qualifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
