We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the smooth operation of our service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing parent invoices, managing receipt of fees, and providing administrative support to the front office team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic childcare setting and contribute to the delivery of high-quality early years care and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare parent invoices for distribution in a timely manner
  • Manage receipt of fees from parents

Requirements:
  • Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, IT, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
