Compensation Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compensation Coordinator to join our team. As a Compensation Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing payrolls for a diverse range of clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of payroll administration. You will handle payroll-related queries, prepare and issue detailed reports, manage electronic filing and secure distribution of pay records, engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, resolve client queries, and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Process high-volume payrolls for multiple clients
2. Handle payroll-related queries efficiently and professionally
3. Prepare and issue detailed payroll reports to clients
4. Manage electronic filing and secure distribution of pay records
5. Engage with clients in a friendly, professional, and supportive manner
6. Resolve client queries with accuracy and a helpful approach
7. Assist with additional tasks as needed, as directed by the manager or partner

Requirements:

1. Experience in payroll and bookkeeping
2. IPASS Certificate in Payroll Techniques is an advantage
3. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a finance or practice environment
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
5. Professional appearance and approach at all times
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7. Proficiency in various IT systems, including BrightPay and MS Office
8. A strong team player with a flexible attitude, willing to assist with various tasks as needed

Hands-on coaching and training are essential for building experience. Payroll staff are supported in enrolling in accredited courses at recognized colleges. Course fees and exam entry may be covered by the firm. Study leave and exam leave may be available.
