Clinical Nurse Manager II Job Description

The Irish Blood Transfusion Service (IBTS) is currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager II to lead and manage the team at the Limerick Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, projects, work practices, equipment, and budgets in conjunction with the Area Manager.

They will also support the IBTS strategic priorities regarding operational excellence, customer experience, and healthcare, ensuring compliance with current legislative requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registered nurse with NMBI
  • At least 5 years post-registration experience, two of which must be in relevant clinical practice within the last 3 years
  • Evidence of recent continuous professional development
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proven IT skills
  • Full driving licence
