Healthcare Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team of healthcare professionals. This role involves managing the care of individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families in a person-centered, community-based approach.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Developing and implementing effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on patient progress and outcomes
Essential qualifications include:
- NMBI Registration in the RNID division
- Management Qualification (FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent)
- Full Clean Driving Licence and access to vehicle
Desirable qualities include:
- Two years' experience at CNM2 level in the area of intellectual disability
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
- Highly motivated individual with effective leadership and managerial skills
