Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Program Director to lead cross-functional projects.

The ideal candidate will manage the full lifecycle of projects, including new product introductions, process improvements, facility upgrades, and equipment installations, ensuring timely delivery within scope while aligning with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead and manage manufacturing projects across multiple disciplines from initiation through execution and close-out.
  • Develop project charters, detailed plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to drive project success.
  • Ensure compliance with EU regulatory standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively; implement effective change management.
  • Report project progress and KPIs to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Engage with vendors and contractors, overseeing equipment sourcing, installation, and validation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP/Prince2 certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record in delivering capital and process improvement projects.
  • Strong understanding of GMP and ISO compliance standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and team leadership skills.
