We are seeking an experienced leader to drive manufacturing efficiency, process optimization and technology adoption.

About the Role:

  • Establish technical governance and best practices in manufacturing processes.
  • Strategically plan and execute manufacturing initiatives with a focus on process development.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and synergy.

About You:

  • Deep expertise in manufacturing processes with experience in downstream technologies such as CNC machining, inspection techniques, and polishing processes.
  • Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and its application in manufacturing and inspection.
  • Background in medtech, precision manufacturing, aerospace or related high-tolerance industries preferred.

Requirements:

  • Level 8 Degree in STEM subject.
  • 6 years experience in similar role.
