Senior Manufacturing Process Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that manufacturing processes operate consistently and meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Actively interact with team members and vendors, promoting effective collaboration in support of day-to-day operations.
- Production Yield Management: Monitor and manage production yield performance on assigned lines, identifying areas for improvement.
- Liaison Role: Communicate regularly with Team Leaders regarding productivity and efficiency performance issues on your assigned lines.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Engage in mechanical/electrical/electronic troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software interfacing problems on the production floor, diagnose malfunctioning systems, and identify hazards and defects.
- Operator Support: Communicate regularly with operators regarding issues, concerns, and watch-outs on the lines, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Equipment Testing and Installation: Test electrical systems, circuits, and wiring in processing equipment and fixtures, plan and install processing equipment on work-stations, and coordinate preventative maintenance and calibration activities on assigned lines/process.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for technical improvements, assist in implementing changes, and source process equipment spares as required.
- Quality and Safety: Adhere to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements on sites, communicate any concerns regarding environmental impact, health, or safety issues, and maintain compliance with all site and corporate Quality Management System requirements.
- Out-of-Hours Support: Provide out-of-hours support to the business as required by management or as mandated by shutdowns and/or equipment failures.
