We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will work with adults in a well-established Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit based in Ireland, supporting individuals with complex support needs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Assessments and develop Multi-Element Behaviour Support Plans (MEBSPs) to support individuals with their behaviour.
- Teach new skills and improve overall quality of life through collaboration with relevant others.
- Promote Positive Behaviour Support across the organization by ensuring that all MEBSPs meet regulatory standards and are implemented effectively.
- Quality check Personal Plans for each individual as per policy and provide structured quality improvement plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Psychology Degree or equivalent qualification.
- MSc ABA or equivalent degree.
- BCBA preferred but not essential.
