Modernisation Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our organisation's digital transformation journey. This high-profile role involves spearheading a comprehensive modernisation initiative, encompassing strategy, people, process, and technology.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end digital change management, incorporating strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and technological innovation.
  • Foster collaboration among business and technical leaders through high-level workshops, facilitating organisational transformation.
  • Support the redesign of processes, structures, and operating models to enhance change adoption across functions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives in R&D and innovation, providing expert guidance on strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading large-scale modernisation programmes, preferably in consumer goods or laboratory environments.
  • Proven ability to bridge business vision and technology delivery, leveraging skills in facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Comfortable navigating from strategy/roadmap creation through to delivery and adoption, with a track record of success in driving digital transformation.
