Duties and Responsibilities
  • Promote the highest attainable standard of nursing care within the facility.
  • Ensure all residents are treated with dignity, privacy, and respect.
  • Maintain professional standards in keeping with regulatory codes of conduct.
  • Ensure clear, concise, and accurate records within the home.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals regarding resident discharge to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Registered on the Irish live register (NMBI) with an active PIN.
  • Fluent in English language (verbal and written).
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Caring and compassionate with a passion for providing high-quality person-centred care.
  • At least 1 year of relative experience.
