Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the project lifecycle from business case evaluation to design, configuration, testing, validation, and go-live.
  • Identify and engage required project resources and collaborate with teams to drive progress and ensure timely delivery across all project workstreams.
  • Manage local budget management through KPI tracking of cash flow & resource allocation and collaboration with finance team.
  • Ensure effective identification and ordering of long-lead items, confirmation of shutdown requirements with stakeholders, development of a clear business case rationale document, and inclusion of change management needs in the execution scope.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with global standards across the project, support cross-stream project planning, and collaborate with operational users to understand and address their needs.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, lead monthly site-level project meetings, and deliver a monthly project dashboard.

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience leading project activities across all areas, with a deep understanding of requirements, development processes, and ability to design and execute effective strategies.

Strong knowledge of GMP, manufacturing operations and fill finish process, as well as project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
