Job Description

At our company, we are seeking a skilled Technical Content Creator to join our team. As a Technical Content Creator, you will play a key role in creating high-quality content for our business unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with talented engineers, developers, and product managers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to plan their workload and multitask. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams across the world to create content that meets the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating content in DITA XML and content management systems
  • Developing technical illustrations using Photoshop and Illustrator or similar tools
  • Providing DocOps support and collaborating with process teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan your workload and multitask
  • Technical illustration skills: Photoshop and Illustrator or similar
  • Desirable skills: experience with topic-based writing, document control, and revisioning in content management or version control systems
