Job Title

A Senior Accounting Professional is required to play a pivotal role in an ambitious and expanding organisation.

  • Accounting professionals will have the opportunity to develop their skills through various projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Consolidated accounts for the company must be produced on time. Also, individual entity accounts, management accounts and other necessary documents must be prepared accurately and timely.

  • The person responsible will produce excellent quality consolidated accounts for the Group.
  • Production of statutory accounts for individual entities.
  • Preparation of the monthly management accounts.
  • Production of Central Office companies' accounts to trial balance including budget preparation and monthly reforecasting.
  • Research and analysis of technical standards as queries arise.
  • Technical support for hotel accountants and other teams when required.
  • Liaising with other team members in Company Secretarial, Development, Internal Audit, Tax and Treasury to deliver cross functional projects as appropriate.
Requirements

Academic excellence and exam qualification are expected from accounting candidates.

  • Excellent accounting skills.
  • Engaging, enthusiastic and confident with a natural focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to demonstrate planning and organisation skills, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work.
  • Strong team player who can support, challenge and influence colleagues at all levels.
