**Corporate Sales Manager Opportunity**

This is a chance to advance your career as a seasoned sales professional in a thriving industry. As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow local, national, and global corporate business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and promote the hotel's services within the local corporate community.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key national and global clients through ongoing account management.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales on proactive sales strategies to generate new business and accounts for all hotels.
  • Participate fully in all sales activities, including telesales, sales calls, corporate entertaining, and fam trips.
  • Represent the hotels at sales team meetings and external events as appropriate.
  • Conduct monthly corporate tracking of key accounts to monitor production and identify decreases.
  • Analyze GDS production reports and market intelligence information to develop this business channel.
  • Produce timely monthly and ad hoc reports.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Sales Manager or Corporate Sales Manager in a luxury four-star property.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Dublin/national/global corporate markets.
  • Experience working with global clients and agencies.
  • A proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
  • Commercially aware with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
  • Skillful negotiator with strong influencing skills.
  • Proficient in IT skills across various sales-related platforms.
  • Attention to detail with clear and accurate reporting ability.
