**Corporate Sales Manager Opportunity**
This is a chance to advance your career as a seasoned sales professional in a thriving industry. As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow local, national, and global corporate business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and promote the hotel's services within the local corporate community.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key national and global clients through ongoing account management.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales on proactive sales strategies to generate new business and accounts for all hotels.
- Participate fully in all sales activities, including telesales, sales calls, corporate entertaining, and fam trips.
- Represent the hotels at sales team meetings and external events as appropriate.
- Conduct monthly corporate tracking of key accounts to monitor production and identify decreases.
- Analyze GDS production reports and market intelligence information to develop this business channel.
- Produce timely monthly and ad hoc reports.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of two years' experience as a Sales Manager or Corporate Sales Manager in a luxury four-star property.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Dublin/national/global corporate markets.
- Experience working with global clients and agencies.
- A proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Commercially aware with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
- Skillful negotiator with strong influencing skills.
- Proficient in IT skills across various sales-related platforms.
- Attention to detail with clear and accurate reporting ability.
