Job Title: Cleaning Operations Assistant

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Operations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of cleanliness in the kitchen and food preparation areas.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Evaluate equipment, crockery, and cutlery regularly to ensure they meet agreed standards.
  • Implement HACCP procedures and guidelines as outlined in our hotel's policy.
  • Record and report any non-compliance related to HACCP control within the kitchen.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, being aware of their needs and adapting accordingly.
  • Demonstrate pride and commitment in your area of work.
  • Attend training sessions, performance reviews, and meetings as required.
Key Requirements:
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Achieve statutory and legal requirements for Health & Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Licensing, and Employment.
