This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager to exercise full autonomy across the HR remit and drive the people strategy whilst availing of a highly-competitive pay and benefits package.

As HR Manager, you will lead and oversee the HR department to drive the people strategy and foster a positive work environment. Reporting into the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all recruitment activities, including devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and issuing job offers.

You will also advise managers on all employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances, and organise and schedule mandatory training for all new and existing employees. Additionally, you will liaise with the payroll department to complete payroll administration, utilise the company HR System to update and revise employee records, and drive employee engagement through conducting employee feedback surveys and organising wellbeing events.
