Experienced Facades Site Manager Required

Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned facades site manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality facades packages, working collaboratively with internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities include day-to-day management and coordination of subcontractors, ensuring design and program are carried out in line with quality standards. This includes maintaining high levels of health and safety throughout the project, ensuring work is always carried out in a safe manner.

The facades site manager will also be responsible for carrying out quality control, testing and inspection plans on all aspects of cladding and facade.

Additionally, the successful candidate will attend and chair meetings on site with relevant subcontractors, ensuring accurate records are taken and communicated with all relevant parties.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in managing and delivering bespoke facades packages. You should have thorough knowledge of database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint, as well as good management/organisational skills, with ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
