Expert Community Health Practitioner

**Job Title:** Community Care Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered General Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in their community.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of IV antibiotics for effective patient outcomes
- Acute anticoagulation management to prevent complications
- Urinary related care including SPC maintenance and flushes to maintain patient dignity
- Ostomy Care to support patients with stoma conditions
- Medication Management to ensure safe medication administration
- Enhanced Nurse Monitoring to identify potential health risks
- Care of patients with respiratory illness to prevent exacerbation
- Acute wound care and dressings to promote healing
**Ideal Candidate:**
- NMBI registration in good standing to practice effectively
- Minimum 1 year's post-registration experience in an acute setting to apply knowledge
- Oncology experience is highly desirable to develop expertise
- Engagement in learning and eagerness to develop professionally to stay current
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively
- Technical and professional expertise to deliver quality care
