As a Project Manager, you will lead the Mechanical and Electrical aspects of large-scale projects in Galway city.

You will be responsible for delivering the project on time and within budget, ensuring timely completion of construction and commissioning programmes.

  • Manage labour tracker, progress reports, and technical submittals to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Liaise with main contractors, site teams, and clients to ensure coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend project start-up meetings and manage all Mechanical and Electrical aspects.
  • Collate technical submittals and ensure they are issued and followed through until approval.
  • Manage labour tracker and maintain Progress Report weekly.
  • Liaise with main contractors and client-based site team.
  • Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
  • Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project.
  • Implement commissioning plan on site and manage K&M handover process.
  • Project-specific scheduling and communication with Contracts Manager (R&D).
Requirements:
  • Extensive Project Management experience across the M&E industry.
  • Successful track record of delivering large-scale M&E projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing large teams including PMs, Site Managers, Foremen, etc.
  • Qualification in Construction/Project Management preferred.
