About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced MEP Senior/Cost Consultant to join our team in Dublin, delivering cost consultancy services for a key client.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP quantity surveying, with experience in cost planning, procurement, tender analysis, contract management, and change control.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Preparing cost plans and estimates
  • Undertaking the procurement of projects from start to finish
  • Managing work packages post-contract
  • Providing crisp and focused cost advice and reporting

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has a minimum of five years' technical delivery experience in MEP quantity surveying
  • Is well-organised, diligent, and proactive
  • Has good technical writing and communication skills
  • Can take on a leadership role as part of personal development planning
