Acute Therapies Leadership Opportunity

This role offers a challenging and dynamic opportunity for a clinical leader to drive the delivery of expert support across various stakeholders. The position requires strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and in-depth clinical knowledge in acute healthcare products and services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, developing strategies, and promoting internal relationships with all stakeholders. They must also be able to analyze data and use analytics to drive performance and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the clinical team in delivering commercial objectives and executing the company's clinical strategy.
  • Deliver sales and financial targets in collaboration with the sales teams.
  • Execute the clinical strategy across the acute portfolio and ensure alignment with business strategy and objectives.
  • Promote internal relationships with all stakeholders to ensure full clarity of strategic objectives and direction is understood.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong commercial acumen illustrated through successful experience in achieving sales/commercial targets.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills through successfully leading, developing, and motivating a team.
  • In-depth clinical knowledge in Acute healthcare products and services coupled with a degree in Nursing or equivalent.
