Student Enrolment Growth Specialist

At Hibernia College, we're on the lookout for a dedicated professional to spearhead student enrolment efforts. As a Student Enrolment Advisor, you'll be instrumental in driving student growth by effectively managing leads and converting prospective students into applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to proactively manage and convert leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, webinars, and other communication channels to meet and exceed enrolment targets.
  • Engage in high-volume daily outbound calls to prospective students to nurture interest and convert it into applications.
  • Identify prospective student needs and provide expert advice to position our programmes as the ideal solution.
  • Offer comprehensive guidance throughout the enrolment process, from initial contact to application submission.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions and pipeline movement on the CRM.
  • Represent the college at roadshows, recruitment fairs, information sessions, and key student events to promote programmes, engage with prospective and current students, and follow up promptly to maximise conversions.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales, telesales, enrolment, or high-volume outbound calling environments. They must be target-driven, with a passion for hitting and exceeding KPIs, and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a consultative selling style.
