Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will lead and shape the operations function, driving high performance and growth. This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with multiple stakeholders, including sales, warehouse, and production teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, ensuring productivity and efficiency
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate between functions to drive smooth operations and identify cost-saving opportunities

Monitoring processes, driving improvements, and ensuring health, safety, and quality compliance. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, tracking KPIs, and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • 5 Years proven operations management experience with strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Experience in customer-focused roles in agriculture, construction, engineering, or industrial supplies sectors
  • Skilled in workflow optimization, problem-solving, and team development
Preferred
  • Training in leadership, customer service, or operational process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
