Job Title: Business Systems Director

As a seasoned operations expert, you will be responsible for spearheading the successful implementation of our business system. Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to drive change will be instrumental in promoting synergy across functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business system roadmap that aligns with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate results and improve process efficiency.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance associate development and lean production capabilities.
  • Lead the diagnosis of workflow impediments and provide expert counsel on tools to eliminate waste.

Requirements include 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, or supply chain, with Danaher Business Systems (DBS) and/or Toyota Production Systems (TPS) experience preferred. A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering is required, with a Master's Degree preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others at all levels are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as an SME in a biopharmaceutical operation.
  • Ability to promote synergy from cross-functions and handle conflict.
  • Proficiency in time and project management.
