As a Process Safety Specialist, you will lead environmental, health, and safety activities related to a key project on a pharmaceutical site in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide EHS leadership and expertise on site.
  • Act as the key liaison between manufacturing, engineering, and project teams, as well as external stakeholders.
  • Support and coordinate Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP), and Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA).
  • Ensure safe and effective chemical handling and relevant process safety measures are in place.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation relating to environmental compliance.
  • Provide EHS training to project teams.
  • Perform any other duties as required.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
  • A third-level qualification in EHS, chemical engineering, or similar.
