Seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our nursing home's clinical operations in Dublin. As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to improve clinical practices and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and expansion initiatives.
Requirements:
