We are seeking a charismatic and energetic Art Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As an Art Sales Associate, you will be responsible for curating and setting up art displays, engaging with guests, and turning their interest into sales.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full sales process, from initial conversations to invoicing
- Staying punctual and professional, with a focus on making each event memorable
- Participating in all required shipboard safety training and drills
- Being open to both positive feedback as well as constructive feedback
- Continued education of sales process & art knowledge. Training is provided and mandatory
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 21 years old
- To speak English fluently (C1 Level English)
- Public speaking and communication skills
- Charismatic, energetic, and people-oriented
- Previous sales, cruise, or hospitality experience preferred
- Able to handle physical duties like moving art and setting up displays
- Strong team player, dedicated, and able to thrive in a highly dynamic, intense environment
