Cruise Art Sales Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for art with a career at sea.
As an Art Associate, you will work closely with the Gallery Director and Auctioneer to showcase art, engage with guests, and turn their interest into sales. It's a fast-paced, dynamic role where your enthusiasm, communication, and sales skills will shine.
- You will be responsible for curating and setting up art displays, including moving art and pushing trolleys (Art can weigh up to 50 lbs).
- You will engage with guests, educate them about the art program, and create sales leads.
- You will manage the full sales process, from initial conversations to invoicing.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent public speaking and communication skills. You should be charismatic, energetic, and people-oriented. Previous sales, cruise, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
The position offers a range of benefits, including accommodation, meals on board, and travel to/from ship assignments. Entry-level Art Associates receive a base salary plus commissions on net sales and are eligible for performance bonuses.
