Leadership Opportunity: Director of Care and Support

We are seeking a strategic leader to join our organization in a pivotal executive role.

  • Leads a directorate of approximately 480 staff, overseeing a diverse portfolio of services including Housing-with-Care, Supported Housing, Day Care Services, and telecare operation.
  • Advises the Board and leads transformation across the directorate, embedding service excellence, enhancing customer experience, and adopting new practices such as digital connected-health.
  • As Responsible Person, upholds high quality standards in all care settings together with good governance.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing exceptional care and support services. They will work closely with the Board to develop and implement strategies that drive excellence and innovation in the directorate.
