In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic customer growth plans, leveraging category and shopper insights to drive sales, profitability, and brand presence.
You'll take ownership of Joint Business Plans, pricing strategies, promotional execution, and cost negotiations, ensuring optimal visibility and success both online and in-store.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key multiple and regional accounts, shaping account strategies to align with brand and company objectives.
- Utilise data-driven insights to influence customer decisions, improve category performance, and enhance ROI.
- Negotiate and secure cost price increases, promotional activity, and new product listings.
- Deliver against NSV, profitability, and market share targets while monitoring competitor activity and market trends.
- Work closely with internal teams—including Brand, Logistics, and Finance—to ensure seamless execution and stock availability.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years of National Account Management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Essential experience working with retail pharmacy chains and wholesalers.
- Experience with Healthcare and Over The Counter medicinal brands and products is essential.
- Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in category management, financial performance metrics, and ROI-driven decision-making.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel for trend analysis and sales forecasting.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for driving brand success.
