As a Specialist Rehabilitation Team Member, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver a progressive rehabilitation and recovery-focused programme. Your primary objective will be to support residents in achieving their goals and transitioning to supported residential settings within their communities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of mental health issues, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A QQI Level 8 qualification in social care or a relevant area of healthcare discipline is essential.
