The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Staff Grade Occupational Therapist to join our team in an Older Persons Rehabilitation Hospital in Limerick. As a member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment, working closely with experienced clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Assessing and developing individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams to ensure effective care delivery.
- Supporting discharge planning and transitions to community settings.

Our Requirements

- A degree in Occupational Therapy and full CORU registration.
- Experience working in a rehabilitation setting and documented evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
