Responsibilities:- Assess occupational needs and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the team.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence and quality of life.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and care planning, prioritising holistic, person-centred care.
- Document progress and adjust interventions as required, maintaining a focus on excellence in care delivery.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (recognised by CORU or equivalent regulatory body).
- Current registration with CORU (or eligibility to register).
- Minimum of three years of post-qualification experience, including at least one year in a relevant field (e.g., disability, rehabilitation), with proven leadership and mentoring skills.
