Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Lead to manage projects from inception to completion, including scoping and planning stages.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximization of expertise. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating collaboration between teams
  • Developing and managing programme management standards
  • Ensuring governance structures and programme assurance standards are in place

Required Skills and Qualifications

A proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in a medium-to-large organization, preferably within the healthcare sector. Must have experience in budget planning, financial management, and resource allocation. Proficiency in MS Project is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to achieving quality results.
