Job Title: Senior Programme Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Programme Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of our Dataflow Transformation project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing large-scale programmes in cross-border or multinational environments, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and overseeing complex change/transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive programme plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to maintain momentum and delivery focus
  • Oversee financial aspects of the project, ensuring accurate forecasting and budget control
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, including communication with senior executives and cross-functional teams across multiple markets
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and governance forums, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making
  • Manage programme closure and transition to business-as-usual, including lessons learned reviews and benefits tracking

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in leading and managing complex change/transformation programmes
  • Professional programme management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of programme methodologies and governance processes
  • Insurance sector experience highly desirable
