Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head Chef & Sous Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene at all times.
  • Assist in menu planning, preparation, and cooking to deliver consistent and delicious dishes.
  • Support colleagues in achieving team goals and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy working environment.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, handling, and preparation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, customers, and management.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
