Job Title: Senior Culinary Manager

The organization is looking for a talented Culinary Leader to join a high-performing kitchen team in Galway. As a seasoned culinary expert, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation across all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including food production, staff supervision, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Lead and Motivate the kitchen team during service and prep, promoting a collaborative and respectful work environment.
Ensure Consistent Quality and presentation of dishes, maintaining high culinary standards.
Manage Stock Levels, ordering, and food cost control to optimize kitchen efficiency and profitability.
Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and daily specials, driving innovation and creativity in the kitchen.
Enforce Food Safety, cleanliness, and HACCP compliance, upholding the highest standards of food handling and preparation.
Foster a Positive Kitchen Culture, promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication among staff members.
Requirements:
Proven Experience as a senior culinary manager or strong chef de partie in a high-quality kitchen setting.
Ability to Lead and Motivate a team in a fast-paced environment, promoting a positive and productive work culture.
Strong Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen operations, with a focus on consistency and excellence.
Creative Approach to menu development and food presentation, driving innovation and creativity in the kitchen.
Excellent Communication and organizational skills, with a focus on clear communication and effective time management.
Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
