**Job Title:** Senior Sous Chef

A challenging and dynamic leadership role has arisen for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join our culinary team.

  • Manage all day-to-day kitchen operations with the Head Chef's support.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring exceptional culinary standards are met at all times.
  • Take charge of running the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Requirements:** Essential Skills:
Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment
Strong kitchen leadership and team management skills
Ability to train, mentor, and build a motivated kitchen team
Experience with grill and seafood preparation is essential
Previous background in a gastro pub or modern casual dining setting is highly desirable
Key Qualifications:
Flexibility to work a varied roster, primarily focused on evening shifts
