Senior Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced culinary professional to join our team in a dynamic and luxurious setting. As a senior member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining exceptional standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing the kitchen team and product offerings.
  • Manage sections of the kitchen to a high standard when required.
  • Prepare dishes from start to finish as requested by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Maintain mise en place and ensure all work areas are clean and tidy at all times.
  • Evaluate menu items and presentation to ensure consistency with set standards.
Requirements:
  • HACCP knowledge and certification.
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
