Lead Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Lead Financial Strategist to drive our team's financial performance in Ennis, Ireland.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a practice environment and hold a CPA/ACCA/ACA accounting qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and supervise junior staff, fostering their professional growth and development, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting standards, tax legislation, and industry best practices to maintain the highest level of expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and support that exceeds their expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Third-level degree in a relevant field
  • CPA/ACCA/ACA Accounting Qualification
  • Proven experience in a practice environment
