Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead our HR team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our HR teams. Your role will involve developing organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to ensure compliance with employment legislation.
  • Create and lead training plans, including Induction, Educational Assistance Program, Training Plan, SOP training, and other training-related initiatives.
  • Manage employee benefits and entitlements in accordance with company policies.
  • Direct industrial relations as required, including employee information and consultation forums.
  • Oversee the Training and Development Strategy to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Investigate staffing issues and complaints about staff disciplinary matters.
  • Document and handle breaches of work practices.
  • Ensure Data Protection and FOI regulations are upheld and collaborate with relevant authorities regarding policy and procedures.
  • Provide input into strategic operational planning, budgeting, and financial management as required.
  • Maintain accurate and timely information for stakeholders.
