Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the entire hiring process, ensuring that top talent is attracted and retained. This includes managing job postings, scheduling training sessions, and providing guidance on company policies and employee relations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire hiring process, from initial job posting to on-boarding new employees
  • Schedule training sessions and maintain accurate training records
  • Provide expert guidance on company policies and employee relations issues
  • Handle all aspects of performance management, including disciplinary actions and grievances
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent understanding of Irish employment law and procedures
  • Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English essential

Location: Ennis, Ireland. Flexible travel required.
