Leadership Position in Nursing Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Assistant Director of Nursing.

  • This is a Full Time Permanent position, where the salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience in a relevant field such as older persons care or nursing home care.
  • A recognised managerial qualification at a minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications.
  • Clinical experience working in older persons care or nursing home care.
  • Working experience of HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Fluent in English language (verbal and written) and eligible to work in Ireland.
  • A strong communicator and listener with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Possessed of a passion for providing high quality person-centred care.
  • Comfortable using basic IT systems such as Excel spreadsheets.
